Delivery and Returns

All shipping times are listed at checkout, and they should be reiterated in your update emails
Some orders may require signatures upon delivery depending on cost
Rarely, you may have to pay a customs and/or administration fees. These are your responsibility, though if it happens please let us know and we can see what we can do to help for your future orders.

Track Your Order

If you selected a “Fast” shipping option you will receive a tracking number. This number should be sent in emails along the way, but also we will send you tracking emails so you know exactly when your products will arrive.

Orders process immediately, we have a warehouse which is constantly staffed and when your order is placed there are minutes between you paying your balance and a factory worker placing your order in a bag and preparing it for the next shipment. This means when you place an order it is very difficult / near impossible to cancel the order or make changes.

Your tracking number will generate once your order is fully processed and out of the warehouse.

Most/All dice orders are placed out of our own warehouse and shipped under our Chinese name “DaiBo”, other orders may be shipped directly from the factory we have manage that product and if we do that you will receive multiple packages.


Our return and exchange policy is very very loose, and kindness goes a long way. Our employees work hard to give a great customer experience every time, and if you treat them nice they will bend over backwards to make you happy. Rudeness violates our agreement and you will not receive any kind of refund or exchange until you can calm down and treat our workers with the same kindness and respect they wish to give you.

We offer:

  • Complimentary exchanges within 30 days
  • Returns for items that are missing or damaged
  • Item in perfect & sellable condition
  • Original packaging (including barcodes if available)
  • No exchanges and returns for personalized items

Please note: We will handle all refund requests promptly and professionally. If you have not received your order and would like a refund it will be issued, but if you use PayPal’s dispute process or contact your bank instead of contacting us first it only makes the process longer. This is not our choice, but rather how PayPal and bank disputes work. We can issue a refund within 24/48 hours, a dispute process requires documentation from all sides and can take weeks to solve. Please let us make things right first.


  • Fee: $5 for all orders, regardless of size.
  • Delivery Timing: Please allow 14-30 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email
  • Exceptions:
    • If an order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
    • Remote addresses may require additional delivery time
    • Some countries have faster shipping, some have slower. Shipping is almost always handled by your local mail carrier
    • Shipping times are to your country, not your address. Please see local mail carrier for estimated delivery date
    • Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
    • Delivery to the “Standardized Countries” listed below provides the most reliable shipping with tracking numbers, if you are not on this list we cannot promise tracking information though we still hope to be within our delivery window anywhere in the world
